Your box should be packaged safely and ready to ship.
Note: Anything that can leak, is very sharp, or can break, should be packaged securely to minimize the impact on the workers opening the boxes for sorting.

Attach the FedEx label to your box.
FedEx is GreenDisk's Technotrash Can carrier of choice:
Your box is being shipped FedEx Ground. If FedEx Ground regularly comes to your facility, you can give them the box without notifying FedEx in advance.
Note: FedEx Express is a separate service and will not take your box.
If FedEx Ground does not come to your facility, you can either schedule a pickup or drop off your box at a nearby FedEx location (
find a convenient location
)
or any FedEx Office (formerly Kinkos).
When scheduling a pickup on fedex.com, below are helpful steps to schedule your pickup online:
- Visit the FedEx Ground Pickup Information page: https://www.fedex.com/grd/rpp/ShowRPP.do.

Fill out your pickup information including the Tracking Number from your FedEx label.
The Tracking Number is located below the bar code on your label. There are three sets of numbers. The tracking number is the combination of the second two sets starting with 8674947.
Make sure there is not a space between the two sets of numbers when inputting on the website.
FedEx note regarding multiple packages: If you have more than one package, enter the tracking number for only one package and enter the total number of packages to be picked up in the
"Number of packages" field.
- After fields are filled out, click on the purple ‘Schedule Pickup’ button.

You will then land on the Pickup Confirmation page that will list a pickup confirmation number starting with PRP. We recommend copying and saving this pickup
confirmation number for future reference if needed.
Note from FedEx regarding pickup days and times:
Business location:You can schedule a FedEx Ground return pickup on Monday-Friday for business locations. Pickup window is 8am-6pm.
Residential location:You can schedule a FedEx Ground return pickup on Tuesday-Saturday for most residential locations and up to 14 days in advance. Pickup window is 8am-8pm.
Also note:
Returns via any other carrier is not an option for the Technotrash Can.
The label and token number can only be used once.
